William Otis Scarbrough, Sr. 1895 - 1966 William Odis Scarbrough was born January 25, 1894 in Arkansas to Joshua & Mary Etta Puckett Scarbrough. August 15, 1921 he married Flossie Allen. They divorced April 1, 1946 after 3 years os seperation. William's date of registration or enlistment has not been found. He was assigned as a Wagoner with the US Army, 14th Calvary. He served until August 30, 1920. William passed away September 28, 1966. His burial was in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
